Our Protein bars were so yummy that I decided to try them as cookies this time around.
Just as I thought, they were amazing!
I changed the amount of protein in the cookies by adding 1 more scoop and giving each cookie more protein.
I also added 1/2 cup of Chia Seeds, which also added protein! :)
Banana Chocolate Oatmeal Raisin Protein COOKIES!
3 super ripe bananas
1 1/2 cup oatmeal
3 scoops of chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup of raisins
1/2 cup of chia seeds
Drizzle of honey
Dash of salt
2-3 dashes of cinnamon
1tsp of coconut oil for greasing the pan
Mash bananas in bowl
Add oatmeal, protein powder, raisins, chia seeds, honey, salt, cinnamon, and mix until well combined
Grease baking pan with coconut oil
Spoon dough on to greased baking pan
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes @ 350 degrees
Allow to cool for 5 minutes
Made 24 nice size cookies
Note: these can be made into bars for easier prep, however, baking time will need to be adjusted
